With the name of Allah(s.w.a) the most Gracious most Merciful بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
All praise to Allah Sustainer of the Universe الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Most Gracious most Merciful الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Master of the Judgment Day مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
You we worship & seek aid إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
Put us on the Straight Way اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
The way of your favored صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ
Whose portion isn’t wrath nor go astray غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
From divine intention, speech & perfect wisdom, we have the first chapter of the Holy Quran consisting of the oft-repeated seven verses dealing with man’s relation to his lord[Allah(s.w.a, all glory be to him)] in contemplation & prayer. Opposition to the effort of shaitan(satan) via the beseechers’ recitation of this Surah(chapter) causes shaitan to be ravaged with vehemence to the effect of the statement “shaitan rolled over & wailed” in the dirt on the revelation of this surah.
